A15.5 Delegation under section 133(6) of the Immigration Act 1987 - Immigration Officers
The power of the Chief Executive to, at any time, revoke a warrant of designation issued under this section, is detailed under section 133(6) of the Immigration Act. Through an instrument of delegation the power is delegated to the following position in the Department of Labour Workforce – Immigration Services:
