A4.75 Exception to health requirements policy for people entering New Zealand for medical treatment

See A4 (before 28/11/2005)

Temporary entry policy allows for some visitors to enter New Zealand for medical treatment or medical consultation (see V3.40 for specific criteria). Such applicants are exempted from the requirement to be of an acceptable standard of health for the purpose of the visa or permit applied for under V3.40.
