1. A supply agreement exists between the NZIS and Southern Colour Print for printing and/ or supplying:
   1. all leaflets; and
   2. application forms; and
   3. most other forms.

      Note: no office may print their own numbered forms or leaflets without first consulting the Service Design Group, National Office.
