- The Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL) is a list of occupations in which the NZIS, in consultation with Industry New Zealand, relevant industry groups and unions, has identified an absolute (sustained and ongoing) shortage of skilled workers.
- The Long Term Skill Shortage List is reviewed bi-annually.
