SM4.10 Health, character and English language requirements

1. Applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet health and character requirements policy (see A4 and A5).
2. Applicants under the Skilled Migrant Category must meet a minimum standard of English or, where policy allows, pre-purchase ESOL tuition.
