BH6 Verification

  1. Business immigration specialists must be satisfied that documents provided as evidence of having established a successful business are genuine and accurate, and they may take any steps they determine necessary to verify such documents and the information they contain.
  2. If necessary, the business immigration specialist may:
    1. interview the principal applicant*, and/or
    2. visit the business site or arrange a visit, on their behalf, by another immigration officer.
