Y4.32 Release on conditions
Immigration Act 1987 ss 128A, 128AB, 128AC, 128AD
- Persons detained under Section 128 may be released on conditions on application of an Immigration Officer or the person concerned.
- Any application for the release on conditions must be made under oath to a district court judge and, on application, the district court judge may order the person's conditional release.
