E2.29 Limitations on certain people being approved under temporary entry policy

Immigration (Special Regularisation) Regulations 2000

People who:

  1. are, or were, exempt from the requirement to hold a permit to be in New Zealand by virtue of the Immigration (Special Regularisation) Regulations 2000, or
  2. have been granted a permit under W3.145 October 2000 Transitional Policy,

    will not have an application for a temporary permit or visa approved under any of the provisions of Government immigration policy except W3.145 October 2000 Transitional Policy.
