- Visa or immigration officers must not issue or grant temporary E2,26visas or permits to sports people (and associated personnel) representing Fiji or Fijian national and/or Fijian club teams at all levels who are applying to enter New Zealand temporarily for the purpose of such representation.
- Sports people who are coming to play as individuals and do not represent Fiji or a Fijian national or club team are not subject to (a) and may be considered for temporary entry to New Zealand under appropriate temporary entry policy (see V3.85 and W3.55).
