In some countries, Medical and X-Ray Reports completed by local Doctors and Radiologists are unreliable. Posts may select and use a medical panel of reputable registered medical doctors and radiologists. Below is a list of approved NZIS Panel Doctors/Radiologists in your locality.
For a detailed list of the panel doctors in your country please contact the NZIS web site at http://www.immigration.govt.nz or contact the nearest office of the NZIS.
Each member of your family is required to have a medical/x-ray form completed.
Your medical must not be more than 3 months old at the time of application lodgement.
