Instrument of Designation
Pursuant to Section 2(1) of the Immigration Act, as amended by Section 2(4) of the Immigration Amendment Act 1999, I, Colin James McKenzie, Secretary of Labour, hereby:
Designate: Officers of Customs allocated to immigration and emigration duties at international airports and seaports, as immigration officers.
