About applying for a Residence from Work visa

If you have been working in New Zealand for at least two years after being granted a work visa under the Work to Residence Category, you can apply for residence under our Residence from Work Category.

Requirements

Do a quick check of the minimum criteria to see if you qualify for Residence from Work.

Apply

Follow the steps to apply for Residence from Work under the relevant instructions: Talent (Accredited Employers), Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports), Long Term Skill Shortage List, or Religious Worker.
