Supplementary Seasonal Employment (SSE): available places for workers and useful contacts

This page is where you can find recently updated information on the availability of places for workers under SSE policy. The contact details of Seasonal Labour Co-ordinators and employers who have been granted approval in principle under SSE policy or the previous Transitioning to Recognised Seasonal Employer (TRSE) policy can also be found here. Useful links to more information related to SSE policy are provided below.

Places for workers under SSE policy

Immigration New Zealand in consultation with the Ministry of Social Development has determined that there are current positions of employment available for SSE workers. Therefore SSE work permit applications are able to be approved (subject to meeting the policy requirements).

Seasonal Labour Co-ordinators

Seasonal Labour Co-ordinators work for the horticulture and viticulture industries to find workers for seasonal jobs. They can help find employment with an SSE approved employer in the region where you plan to work.
