The fastest and easiest way to apply for a visitor visa is online. Once you have your documents prepared, it should take less than 15 minutes to submit an online application.
If you are travelling as part of a group or are unable to apply online, you can submit a paper application to your nearest office.

If you are applying for a visitor visa on the basis of your partnership with someone who is already in New Zealand, complete the Partnership-Based Temporary Visa Application (INZ 1198) [PDF 323KB].

You may be able to apply for medical certificates through eMedical, an online immigration health processing platform.
To ensure your application is accepted, provide all information required in the checklist on your application form along with the correct fee and immigration levy.
