Evidence of funds

To be eligible under our Long Term Business Category we need to see that you have enough funds to support yourself and any family coming with you for the length of your Work Permit.

These funds will cover your living costs and are in addition to the funds you’ll use to invest in your business.

 

The evidence we’ll look for includes:

 

• sufficient cash
• a sufficient balance of funds in a New Zealand bank account
• sufficient travellers’ cheques
• sufficient bank drafts
• recognised credit cards with sufficient credit available.
