Can I study, work or establish a business in New Zealand
Can I buy a business or set up a business?
You’re able to negotiate business arrangements under a visitor visa so long as your stay is no more than three months. If you want to stay in New Zealand longer you will need to qualify under one of our
existing categories
for starting a business in New Zealand. You cannot set up a business on a visitor visa.
