I gained residence under the Pacific Access Category – can my child from an earlier marriage come and live with my family?

Yes – if your child was included on your registration form.

 

Note: if your child was eligible to be included in your registration but was not included, they cannot later be granted residence under Partner or Dependent Child categories.
