Amendments to Immigration Instructions since the last release of the Operational Manual are published in Amendment Circulars. The manual will be updated with these changes shortly.
Changes to Appendix 3 List of Qualifications Exempt from Assessment come into effect on Monday 14 May. The operational manual will be updated on Wednesday 16 May. To see the changes, go to Amendment Circular 2012-03.
