Immigration New Zealand (INZ) and Education New Zealand have been working together to implement the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on 24 April 2012. The MoU, which aims to strengthen the framework of the New Zealand Specialist Agents (NZSA) programme and create a number of benefits for New Zealand’s export education industry, is being implemented with ENZ’s Indian NZSA agents in a first phase at the beginning of August. A second phase of implementation, for other countries covered by the MoU, will take place at the end of January 2013.
