There will be changes to Immigration New Zealand's Operational Policy effective 26 July 2010.

Changes include:

 

• more holders of temporary permits able to undertake short periods of study without having to obtain a student visa or permit or a variation of conditions
• clarification to Entrepreneur Plus Policy
• updates to the List of Qualifications Exempt from Assessment.
