June 2012 INZ Contact Centre Survey

Tuesday, 17 April 2012

In the next few weeks we will be emailing a survey invitation to people who have had recent contact with the Immigration Contact Centre. The survey asks respondents questions about their experience.

The information gathered will help us improve the services we provide in the future. This is a short survey and shouldn’t take more than five minutes.

Note: Participation in the survey is voluntary and in no way affects an individual’s application. Premium Research (an independent research company) is conducting this survey, and responses are anonymous.

The survey runs from Thursday 26th April to Wednesday 9th May 2012.

Before the survey closes, a reminder email will be sent out to those who were contacted earlier in case they have deleted the link but now would like to take part.
