The Immigration Contact Centre will be open reduced hours during the holiday season.

From 26 December to 3 January, the Contact Centre will open from 9.00am until 4.00pm weekdays.

On Wednesday 4 January normal opening hours (7.00am to 7.00pm weekdays) will resume.
