Which versions of INZ application forms are accepted?

Tuesday, 13 December 2011
We regularly change our application forms to reflect changes in policy. However, we usually continue to accept the previous versions of forms for a period of time, so that customers who apply using them are not disadvantaged.

The following versions of our forms (or earlier) are no longer accepted and should be discarded.

  • Resident Visa Application (INZ 1000) Nov 2010 version
  • Student Visa Application (INZ 1012) Nov 2010 version
  • Financial Undertaking for Students (INZ 1014) Nov 2010 version
  • Application for Residence in New Zealand (INZ 1056) Nov 2010 version
  • Application for a New Zealand Working Holiday (INZ 1085) Nov 2010 version
  • Auckland Region Visitor Application (INZ 1111) Nov 2010 version
  • Supplementary Form for Citizens of Fiji (INZ 1139) Nov 2010 version
  • Guide to Special China Temporary Class Visa (INZ 1157) Nov 2010 version
  • Partnership Support Form for Residence (INZ 1178 ) Nov 2010 version.

See our forms and guides pages to download the most recent version of these forms.

For customers who are unsure,  we provide a spreadsheet showing which versions we accept.
