As part of our July Release of updates to Operational Policy and systems, we changed several of our forms and guides, and introduced some new publications.
All of the latest versions of our publications can be downloaded from our forms and guides pages. If you have the previous version of any of these forms, there is no need to throw it away. We will accept the previous versions until November 2009.
Ordering new forms in bulk
If you order hard-copy forms in bulk from our suppliers, you may not receive the latest (July 2009) version of the forms and guides we have changed. When we publish a new version of a form, and we consider the changes not to be significant enough to waste supplies of the previous version, we will continue to issue the previous version until our supply runs out. For forms and guides updated in July 2009, there is no need to dispose of previous versions of any forms or guides.
Please do not dispose of old stock and order new stock, as you may receive the same version.

The Medical & Chest X-Ray Certificate – Applicant's Notes (NZIS1133) has been integrated into the Medical & Chest X-Ray Certificate (INZ 1007).
