The processing of Pacific residence applications will be moved to our offshore Pacific branches.
There will be no impact on Pacific residence applications lodged before this date. The change doesn’t affect how applications will be processed. It only affects where they will be processed.
From 16 December Samoa Quota, Pacific Access Category or Family Residence applications may be lodged in person at, or by courier or post to, one of our Pacific branches offshore or any nearest Immigration New Zealand branch in New Zealand (for transfer to the most appropriate Pacific branch).
