Specific procedure for the Cook Islands

Applicants need to contact the Cook Islands Police to obtain an application form. Email karen.ngamata@police.gov.ck.

 

You need to provide:

  • a completed application form
  • the correct application fee as stated on the form (this can only be paid by bank draft made out to the Cook Islands Police), and
  • a copy of the pages of your passport that contain your photo and personal details.
