Save a copy and open from the saved location.
Some users who browse in a Firefox browser find that PDF files do not always open. One way around this is to download the file to your computer (right click and 'save target as') and then open the file outside of your Internet browser.
If you can't download the PDF file and want to order a hard copy of one of our forms or guides, you can email us if you are in New Zealand. If you are outside New Zealand, contact your nearest Immigration New Zealand office. Include your name, address, and the forms and guides you require.
