VisaView allows New Zealand employers to check whether a person who is not a New Zealand citizen can work in New Zealand for that employer.

It also enables registered employers to confirm New Zealand passport information provided by the jobseeker, and therefore confirm New Zealand citizenship and entitlement to work in any job.

Registering

When you register for VisaView, we will ask you for your business name and ACC number (as shown on your ACC invoice).

If your employer is already registered, you will need an email invitation from the administrator of your employer account before you can make online enquiries for that employer.

Logging on

To use VisaView you will need to log on using the igovt logon service. This lets you use the same logon to access securely several different government online services. This saves you from having to remember multiple logon details for different government websites. Follow the links on the right to the igovt website to create your igovt logon and to log on to VisaView.
