About applying for Residence from Work

If an overseas employee has been working in New Zealand for at least two years and is now ready to apply for residence, they can apply under our Residence from Work Category.

The worker should follow the steps to apply for Residence from Work under the relevant policy:

• Talent (Accredited Employers)
  or
• Talent (Arts, Culture and Sports)
  or
• Priority Occupations.
