Points for age

Under the Skilled Migrant Category zzpoints systemzz we provide points based on a person’s age. We’re looking for people who can make a long-term contribution to New Zealand so the younger an applicant is the more points they’ll qualify for.

• birth certificate
• passport or other travel documents
• identity card - if they’re from a country that requires such cards that confirm their date of birth.

A person who is 56 years or older is not eligible to apply under the Skilled Migrant Category.
