Step 1
Complete the Application for Variation of Conditions form (NZIS 1020) PDF available from Immigration New Zealand offices in New Zealand and overseas.
Step 2
Along with their completed (and signed) variation of conditions form the student will need to provide:
- the variation of conditions fee
- evidence that they are enrolled in their course
- evidence they have paid for or are exempt from paying the course fees
Step 3
The overseas student’s application must be sent to their nearest Immigration New Zealand branch.
