Rescheduled Immigration Operational Policy Seminars:  August 2009

Immigration New Zealand and the Immigration Advisers Authority are pleased to announce that dates have now been confirmed for the seminar programme, focused on upcoming changes to the Immigration New Zealand Operations Manual.

The free seminars will now be held on the 19th to the 21st of August 2009.   An invitation to attend is extended to the immigration adviser community, including all licensed immigration advisers and exempt people who provide immigration advice.  

 

Attendance at the free seminars will qualify as a continuing professional development activity for licensed immigration advisers. The seminars will be held in the main centres on the following dates:

The seminars will be 1.5 hours long, including question time.

 

These seminars represent an excellent opportunity for the immigration adviser community to:

 

  • ensure their knowledge of immigration policy is up to date;
  • cultivate a working relationship with Immigration New Zealand and the Immigration Advisers Authority;
  • strengthen the professionalism of their members.
