You can arrange for a courier to collect your application and return your passport to you once the application is processed by phoning the call centre.
The call centre is open from 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and can be contacted on:

Walk-In Centre
The Visa Information and Application (VIA) centre is open:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
- Saturday 8am to 12pm
