Processing Times
Please be aware that there are times that we are not able to adhere to the timeframes quoted on our London Branch website because of the level of work which is required for applications for visas for Croatian nationals. While we will endeavour to process your application as quickly as possible we wish to remind applicants that each application is different and we cannot guarantee the processing time of your application. Wherever possible you should allow at least 4 - 6 weeks for the processing of your application and return of the passports to you.
We strongly recommend that you do not book irreversible travel before a visa is granted to you.
Couriers
If you would like us to return the passport/s, and any original documents you have provided, to you by courier, you will need to include either the payment details of a credit card or a bank draft payable to Immigration New Zealand in pounds sterling, so that we can recover the cost of GBP42.50.
Alternatively, you are able to organise your own courier to collect your passport/s.
Contact Details
It is important that you include accurate contact details so that we can contact you quickly. It is helpful to give us an email address. If you do not have an email address it is useful to include an email address for a friend or relative we can contact about your application as well as a letter with your application confirming that we have your permission to correspond with this person.
