Lodging an application and our location

We are open to receive applications from 8:30am to 12:00 midday, Monday to Friday.

 

We encourage our clients to post or courier applications to us at our office address below.

 

You can collect finalised applications during these hours also.  Please note that if you send a friend or contact to receive your documents you must notify your Case officer in writing beforehand. 

 

You do not need to lodge an application in person.

 

Please make sure you have:

  • Downloaded the newest version of the appropriate form from the forms and guides page on the INZ website.
  • In personal details section please make sure your address is clearly written and please give us an email address for communication.
  • Make sure you have all the necessary documents at lodgement by checking the relevant checklist. 
  • Make sure you have paid the fee and submitted the original deposit slip or bank draft.
