Fees and how to pay

Note: We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OVER THE COUNTER OR SENT BY POST as a form of payment for the visa application fee. Please see our Methods of visa fee payment checklist which will give you specific details about how you can pay the application fee at our branch.

To find the current fees go to office and fees finder and enter the details requested. For more details on all our fees see the Fees schedule - Effective 29 August 2011 XLS [1.15MB].

When making a payment by transfer from another bank, applicants should confirm with their bank that the money is converted to USD prior to it being transferred to our ANZ USD bank account. USD cash deposits can only be made at a branch of ANZ Vietnam bank.

There are two ways to pay the fee in Vietnam:

  • by bank draft made out to New Zealand Immigration Service (please add US$13 to the amount for bank fees)
  • by cash or transfer directly into our ANZ bank account (preferred method).

For details on how to do either of the above see the Methods of visa fee payment PDF [90KB] checklist. This document is in Vietnamese and English.

Note: We do not accept drafts issued by Sacombank.
Please submit the original deposit slips to us and not a photocopy.
