Change in receiving office for some types of applications for Viet Nam residents

Effective 7 November, 2011, the following applications will be processed by the Immigration New Zealand (INZ) branch in Ho Chi Minh City.
Permanent resident visas for resident visa holders
grant of second or subsequent resident visa, and
transfer or replacement resident visas
for applicants residing in Viet Nam.
