Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

We  accept applications by courier and mail. Documents and passports are returned to our customers by courier.

General enquiries for temporary applications should be sent by email to nzissuva@dol.govt.nz. The timeframe for response is two working days.

We also offer our clients an after hours service for genuine emergencies ONLY (ie funerals, and other compassionate cases during holidays and the weekends). Please check our office and fee finder as an urgent/call out fee is applicable. For any emergency visas you can contact +679 992 2320.
