Our office will be closed this afternoon from 2pm and will open tomorrow morning as usual. We apologise for the late notice.

Counter opening times

Our customers are welcome to visit our counter between 9:00am and 12 noon, Monday to Friday. During this time our customers can visit us to make general enquiries, to collect application forms and guides or to submit applications for visas.

Passport collection times

We are open for passport collections between 9:00am and 12 noon and between 1:00pm and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Querying your application status/General queries

If you have a query about an application you have already submitted to the Pretoria branch, you should feel free to contact your immigration officer with the details that you were given when your immigration officer first contacted you about your application.

If you have a general query and you do not have an application submitted then feel free to telephone us between 9:00am and 12 noon, Monday to Friday, on +27 12 435 9000.
