The Nuku’alofa branch is a small branch with six visa officers, five support officers, an Immigration Manager, and a Branch Manager.
The branch processes mainly temporary applications including RSE and limited purpose visas as well as returning resident's visas. We also act as the receiving office for Residence and Pacific Access Category applications, which are transferred onshore to the Auckland Pacific Branch in Manukau.
All processing staff are fluent in both English and Tongan.
