The New Delhi branch is open from 10:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
All general e-mail and telephone queries to the branch will be received by the Contact Centre staff who will reply to all general queries related to visa applications. Telephone enquiries will be answered from 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. All e-mail queries will be responded to within 72 hours.
The branch is closed on the following public holidays.
