Where to send your application for a New Zealand visa

From 1 December 2011, the quickest way for you to get your visa application to us at the Moscow branch is to drop it off at one of the three TT Services (TTS) visa centres.

The TTS visa centres are open to receive applications and return documents to the applicants from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

TTS is a collection agent for visa applications on behalf of Immigration New Zealand (INZ) in Moscow. TTS collects applications, passports, and all other related documents at three visa centres located in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Vladivostok.

TTS is open to the public every working day from 9:30am till 5:00pm. No appointment is required when you come to lodge your application at the TTS visa centre.

TTS provides a secure delivery service to bring applications safely and reliably to and from INZ Moscow branch for processing. Every application consigned to TTS for delivery is traceable on the TTS website. TTS provides access to current INZ forms and guides free of charge and can provide answers to general questions about these documents.

TTS is responsible for the following on behalf of INZ.

  • Collecting all types of visa applications and confirming and recording the documents entrusted to them for delivery.
  • Accepting the application processing fee on behalf of INZ.
  • Collecting any additional information related to visa applications submitted by customers via TTS.
  • Returning dispatches from INZ, including passports for customers who used TTS.

The fee for the service is fixed at 954 roubles per application form from any of the TTS centres or drop off points. This is in addition to any INZ visa application fee that may be applicable.

Note: Applicants are not required to bring their applications in person.

At the Moscow and St. Petersburg TTS visa centres the visa service fee and application fee can be
paid in cash, with payment card, or payment made via Sberbank. See a sample TTS receipt PDF [130KB].

At Vladivostok the visa service fee and application fee can only be paid via Sberbank.

If paying with electronic payment card please make sure the name of the card holder is the same name as the person paying for the application.

Please check current INZ visa application fees.

What to do if you don't live close to a TTS centre

Then you can also send (post or courier) your application to TTS Moscow. Please send it to the Moscow TTS centre including your receipt confirming you have paid the TTS service fee of 954 roubles as well as the visa application fee if this is required for your application.

Note: This is the only method of payment available if you send your application by post.

What to include if sending your application

Prior to sending the application to the TTS visa centre in Moscow you will be required to make the payment of the service fee and INZ application fee as per this receipt and send evidence of the payment together with the application.

Example 1: Citizen of Russia is applying for a visitor visa. As Russian citizens are exempt from payment of the visitor visa application fee, the total amount paid will be 954 roubles.
