Applications may be lodged between 8am to 11.30am Monday to Friday and 1pm to 3pm Monday to Thursday. The office is open for the collection of passports, applications and general inquiries from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Passports may be collected from the branch between 8:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We are sure you will appreciate that Indonesia has a number of security concerns and, although you do not need to make an appointment, there is a number of security check points that you will be subjected to before gaining access.
