Applications may be lodged between 8:00 am to 11:30 am Monday to Friday and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday. The office is open for the collection of passports, applications and general inquiries from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Passports may be collected from the branch between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
We are sure you will appreciate that Indonesia has a number of security concerns and, although you do not need to make an appointment, there is a number of security check points that you will be subjected to before gaining access.
