Notice to individual applicants, immigration advisers and student agents

Please note the following.


X-ray and full medical certificates 

If an applicant intends to stay in New Zealand for more than six months but less than 12 months, they must provide a chest X-ray certificate. If the period of intended stay in New Zealand is more than 12 months, full medical and chest X-ray certificates are required.


Documents not being presented in English language

Applicants must provide a certified translation for any documents not written in English. For example, if original documents are in Chinese, then you should provide English translations with the application at the time it is submitted.

 

Failure to do so may result in unnecessary delays to the processing of visa applications.
