For general enquiries, please call our Immigration Contact Centre, or take a look at our online help service. It has a number of frequently asked questions that you can search.

The Immigration Contact Centre is open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If English is not your first language we may have an interpreter to assist you – ask for the Language Line. The phone numbers are:
