For general enquiries, please contact either our Immigration Contact Centre, or take a look at our online help service. It has a number of frequently asked questions that you can search.

The Immigration Contact Centre is open 7.00 am–7.00 pm, Monday to Friday. If English is not your first language we may have an interpreter to assist you – ask for the Language Line. The phone numbers are:
