Collecting documents on behalf of another person

Anyone can submit an application at our branch customer counters (ie you can do it on behalf of your friends or relatives or work colleagues).

However, when collecting on behalf of another person, please obtain an authorisation letter from the visa applicant. The person collecting the passport must show their identification card to the branch counter staff.
