Collecting documents on behalf of another person

Anyone can submit an application at the Beijing Branch customer counters (i.e. you can do it on behalf of your friends or relatives or work colleagues). But when collecting on behalf of another person, please obtain an authorisation letter from the visa applicant. The person collecting the passport must show their identification card to the main counter staff.
