In general, no. You will have to discuss this with the INZ panel doctor who conducted the initial exam. They are responsible for referring you to the specialists required and you will have to discuss this with them.
Upon submission to INZ, your medicals are still valid for 24 months for any temporary visa application you will lodge after. As such, upon lodgement of your succeeding application, please make a mention of it on the visa application form under ‘health section’ that your medicals have been submitted with your previous application.
No. However, we will be referring your medical certificate to New Zealand for referral to our medical assessors and this will take about 6-8 weeks. If you are not to be considered of acceptable standard of health (ASH), you will be given the opportunity to comment before a final decision is made on your application.
Not necessarily. INZ will assess your health and any significant findings noted on the medical form. If there is a need to refer to our medical assessors in New Zealand, we will do so.
