Immigration New Zealand - Bangkok has undertaken a review of our passport handling procedures.

The result of this is that we have made some changes to the way we will handle passports in group applications. As a result, all original passports are required at the time of lodgement and during the processing time.

The changes are designed to improve our customer service and tighten passport security.
